Men Who Mend:
Choosing Presence Over Absence

Supporting men and fathers in healing, parenting, and leadership.

What is Men Who Mend?
Men Who Mend is a trauma-informed program creating safe spaces for men — especially fathers — who want to show up differently for themselves, their families, and their communities. Whether navigating healing, learning parenting skills, or finding support, this program honors the strength in choosing presence over absence.
