Service Description

This 1:1 intake session is the first step in exploring if the Scars to Stars program is the right fit for the youth you’re supporting. It’s a space to connect, share, and set the tone for the healing journey ahead—with care, clarity, and no pressure. This meeting is by invitation only and requires a booking code provided by our team. If you've received a code, you're in the right place. 💬 What This Session Includes: A 30–45 minute trauma-informed conversation (virtual or in-person) Space to discuss the youth’s story, strengths, and current support needs An overview of the Scars to Stars program structure and expectations Q&A time to ensure clarity and readiness 👥 Who Should Book: Adults with guardian or custodial consent referring a youth to the program Individuals who have been directly invited by a team member from Strengthening Connections Community Services ⏳ Duration: 30–45 minutes 📍 Format: Virtual or In-Person (based on availability) Note: If you haven’t received a booking code yet, please fill out our interest form or contact us directly to get started.
